Pros

The mesh is nice for long sessions and avoids a sweaty behind. Lumbar is ok but will be even better when i receive the free lumbar pillow. It is breathable, unlike my old pleather chair, so my legs and back don't sweat.

Compared to all the other chairs we've bought on amazon or at staples, this is our favorite. Customer service is very helpful and responsive as well! Strongly recommend this product after receiving such great service.

It feels sturdy and nothing creaks or wobbles. I like how this chair is durable especially if your on the taller side. Lift mechanism still works great and the mesh support has not sagged or torn.

My right arm rest sits a smidge higher than the left even though they are set to the same height. The back is also is adjustable. But definitely ask for the arm rests.

Cons

There is one major flaw to this chair though. My question is they obviously knew there was a design issue as they should have included this lumbar pillow to begin with!

The height piston leaks. The arm is loose even though the nut is tight. The back is loose as well.

I ordered this chair for my home office and was extremely impressed with the quality of the parts and how easy it was to assemble.

Overall, the chair feels of high quality, is comfortable, and the customer support is great.

Don't bother with the lumbar support pillow request though, it's gathering dust in my closet.

For some reason the seat of the chair started tearing where it joins with the seat frame.

Price

First of all, this is a great chair at a great price.

I think this chair costs entirely too much for the arm rests to be as uncomfortable as they are.

Shipping

Delivery was very fast, the 3rd day after ordered i got this chair, easy to assemble.

I reached out to them and they sent another one and used a different shipping method.

Packaging/appearance

The first issue involved a part that came out a little bent out of the box.
