Pros

It is a vast improvement over the gaming chair i triumphantly tossed into the plastic bin at the local waste center. I like mesh chairs (upgrading from my gaming chair) and this one felt quite nice and seemed to be of good quality.

The adjustable arm rests and headrest are the icing on the cake. My only gripe is that the tilt mechanism does not tilt the seat on a *.

Not only is it ergonomic, it's adjustable and fits my plus size body. The built in lumbar support is enough for those with good to moderate posture.

This chair takes about 20 to 30 minutes to assemble. The screws and tool were labeled and very convenient. I'm fairly handy and it took me about 15 minutes to set up the chair.

Customer support is very responsive. Having it when promised was appreciated. This company like few others understands customer service.

Cons

Front of the seat hits places pressure on the center of my legs causing discomfort. No lumbar support at all the mesh is weak and unstable. Over time the frame becomes loose, the pneumatic cylinder does not keep height.

Some brands are so ridiculous they call them 4d. Don't worry though, garbylly will sell you a pillow to mask their design flaw.
