Pros

I believe this syrup helped when tried at tail end of sickness. Tightness in my chest subsided significantly once i started to use the syrup as directed. This particular syrup relieves everything but the most persistent cough.

I feel like this brand is trustworthy. It goes down smoothly. It's a little bit pricey for the volume, but still a good product.

It tastes like a ricola cough drop (but with more of a fennel / licorice flavor) taste isn't bad either. I have a drink on standby to get the taste out of my mouth faster.

Most importantly- it works! Love the way this works. Will buy again.

Natural supplement really works. I am always on the lookout for natural supplements that can support my overall well-being. Amberwood, ragweed, etc. Is an ingredient.

Cons

Got a cold, with a horrible cough. Now my cough medicine has sugar. Spent hours trying to do return/replace. No label to return. Unless i didn't see it on the amazon page, there is no way for me to contact seller to let them know.
