For me i dont take them every day just 2 or 3 about an hour before a performance and not only does it help with arousal but it also creates more bloodflow and sensitivity before performing if taken everyday ive noticed lack of efficiency in the product over time

In other words i would not recommend using this product like somebody would use a pharmaceutical like viagra
