This brand is a trustworthy brand. Taking one capsule a day certainly gives enough of a noticeable difference and it makes the bottle last longer. It is expensive, but well worth it!

Our bodies respond differently to different supplements - there is no one size fits all. Very unhappy with product and company. Didn't work at all.

Very pleased at the quality and will be continuing to purchase more.
Boy were they right as the 3 additional formulas gaia came out with made the serenity look like a joke.
After many many years taking an anti-depressant, the physician felt it wasn't working so weaned off.
Price
All in all, this is a marvelous product and with the subscribe and save feature, it's a bargain, too.
The price is much better than in stores
I don't know many that enjoy shelving out endless dollars every month on supplements, so i try to stretch the ones i can.
Shipping
May even be helping me be tired at a decent time (something i haven't had happen in a while).
Packaging/appearance
Shopping done, all the gifts almost wrapped and holiday cards are going out before thanksgiving!

It wasnt a huge difference but i noticed a difference

You take one capsule and for me it seemed to take about 45 minutes to an hour before i noticed

I took for two weeks and still didn’t notice anything but after taking for about four weeks i did in fact start feeling a heck of a lot better
