Pros & Cons
Pros
We use this chair for my busybody kids who can't seem to sit still while we homeschool. It is well made and sturdy. The locking rear wheels are stable while still permitting movement with some force.
I'm 5'2 and i had to let some air out to have my feet flat on the floor and knees bent properly. It fits me perfectly. I wish the back were taller, but that might defeat the purpose, eh?
I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and it's a lifesaver. It keeps me from slouching like my old office chair. I feel more toned every day, although this does hurt my * after sitting for too long.
Cons

The air pump's tip is almost too big for the ball's hole and getting it pumped up was somewhat of a wrestling match. Also, nitpicky but super annoying is how easily the caster wheel lock is enabled.
Would not buy from gaiam again for the aforementioned reasons. I am very dissatisfied and can't believe they are charging 70 bucks for this. Do not waste your time.
Highlights
Quality
It inflated properly with the included pump.
It is nice to sit on with the requisite bounce, and seems sturdy.
It is definitely not the fuchsia color as pictured (see photo with white background, which was the advertised product).
That being said, the ball that comes with the frame is complete and total garbage.
Shipping
I contacted them and they responded within a few hours with instructions for getting a replacement for only $5 (free shipping)!
