This mat is very compact and lightweight. It's a bit thinner than my ideal mat, but that is too be expected.
Love the convenience of it. It is excellent for standing or balance exercises. It even has a bit of padding. I do like that it is somewhat sticky.
It folds up perfectly and will fit in any suitcase. It has creases so it folds up the same way each time. It is sleek and compact and can easily fit in carry on or larger pieces of luggage.
