My two issues are that i have a thin case on my galaxy s5 and i have to take it off to use this and it is quite difficult to access the volume on your phone while its in this case

The only downfall is if you get a call you cant answer with it on your arm so i am in contortions trying to see if i need to respond right away or just let it go to voicemail for later

This one has a bit of a gap at the top with the phone inserted galaxy s5 active perhaps thats why

One gripe is that the velcro stitching is starting to come undone since the case edge catches the velcro as you tighten it each time over time this will probably cause the item to fail completely
