The only thing that i would say could be a problem is if you tighten the band too tight before you exercise you may pinch your arm but luckily you can readjust it with ease to get a better fit

Theres a bit of a gap in between the plastic front and the phone because its not an exact fit but not to the point that it causes any issues using the phone
