I was in love with this phone charger it held a good amount of power and brought hours of charging on the go however i have had a hard time getting in contact with the provider to get it replaced

I recieved this on aug 1 btw so in the picture is my case where the battery started expanding and it now pushes not only the case apart but my phone out of it turning it barely useable without endangerment of both my leg and my phone i would love to give 5 stars but with it being so hard to get the replacement i just cant
