Pros
The vn-100 is your basic chair that does come with a pad for lumbar support. The massage pillow is a nice feature. Lumbar massage is a bonus not found on more expensive units.
The thickness is fine but it could be more cushiony. The materiel offers a lot of support as it is not too soft but not too hard. I wasn't sliding off.
There's no explanation on how to do the straps for the pillow right, but i can just tell you that you want to unclasp them, then have one strap go under the backrest and up behind it.
Cons
Broad back but no inclination. Leather on the back and the seat have folds like its not stretched right. The cord on the vibration pillow is usb and really short, so you best have the pc or usb right beside the chair (its a disaster waiting to happen)... Read More

Easy to assemble (10mins) came with no marks or missing pieces.
I contacted costumer service (who were responding quickly and overall it was a greay costumer service) and got sent a new cushion.

As i am quite short i was never able to find a really comfortable chair as i felt they were just not made for short people i am 5 i always felt imconfortable and i always had to replace myself as i was always kinda sliding

When it came it was smaller than i thought considering its supposed to be a big and tall chair

The only problem i have is that it wasnt what i was expecting for chair that was supposed to be big and tall as well as the screws werent listed the same as in the instructions
