The pc is pre-installed with windows 11 pro, which is optimized for gaming and productivity. Comes with win11 preinstalled and activated ready to use. Acemagic has the individual driver available for download.
Customer service is much applauded and appreciated. Runs cities skylines beautifully.
The mini gaming pc is a powerful and compact desktop computer. It also features rgb lighting, which adds a stylish and modern touch to the overall design. The computer performs great.
It takes less than five minutes to open the box and insert the upgrades. Windows boots up fast and web pages now render in seconds! My * is able to pack everything up and transport wherever he goes. This is an awesome small box with intensive speed.
Ram can be upgraded to 64gb and storage up to 4tb. It also has a fast 512gb ssd storage, which allows for quick boot times and fast game loading.

Best quality, best product and best service ever.
With a clean load, the rgb lights illuminate pleasantly, and the computer performs great.
Unfortunately, it stopped working a couple weeks ago just outside the warranty period.
If you plan on getting a gaming computer do not get a mini pc because they are known for breaking after a month or 2 of use.

This is a great little machine for the money a good gamer.

Contacted customer service with one issue and it was resolved quickly and easily.

Packaging/appearance
My preteen is able to pack everything up and transport wherever he goes.
The old saying is true… good things come in small packages.
It's a nice small package and well designed.
Competitiveness
Also note, the ryzen 7 version comes with windows 11 home whereas the i9 11 gen version comes with windows 11 pro.
An issue did eventually arise and i had to contact support at acemagicians.
