They quickly helped and solved the problem.

I did have to pay to ship back to the seller but was refunded via amazon.

Also, it's a small thing, but the packaging makes it feel like a much more expensive system when you open it up (in a good way).

This minipc was tightly packed in box and came without any damage.

Much better than the hp monitor i spent good money on and the speaker is low volume.

It also supports other os installations like linux and ubuntu.
