Pros
These are good b complex vitamins, also they make your pee really yellow but it is normal. Been thinking about putting it on auto ship. If you're looking for a real food source the mykind organics line is what you need.
Cons
The dosage from this picture is different from the dosage advertise. The ingredient lists (amazon listing vs actual side of box), are not the same. It's a pain for me to return them, but i should have went with my gut and bought locally instead.
