Pros

It's one of the only shakes that actually fill me up and satiates my hunger for the rest of the day.

Blends very well using blender. Highly recommend a shaker bottle or blender.

No flavor, gritty taste, and then re-curdle. Cannot recommend. Clots and no flavor.
