Love this organic mct keto powder fr garden of life. The taste is great and i get several servings of fruits or veggies each day. Also made from coconut and has prebiotics, etc.
Lowcarb/keto and have a ketochow shake each morning. No hunger after my morning coffee till about 1:00. Losing weight a little at a time.
Medium chained triglycerides are used to reduce levels of cholesterol and other fats in the blood. They are also used to increase muscle mass and strength. Full of healthy oils that support my low carb lifestyle.
Mixes great into my coffee with my frother. It makes the coffee way creamier and you get the benefits of mct and bulletproof style coffee. This also helps to knock out unwanted snacking cravings in the evening.
