Pros

This product is on its way to becoming a game-changer in the world of coconut mct oils. This is an incredible product because it is vegan! The bottle and packaging is a dream!

Garden of life's mct oil aligns perfectly with my keto and paleo diet. It supposedly helps the brain and even reduces appetite a smidge. It is for my dog who is suffering from canine cognitive decline.

Bought this to make bulletproof coffee. Oils usually have special pour spots so that it doesn't dribble all over the place. Can feel the boost when blended with coffee.

Cons

Not only is this flavored, but it has a most unpleasant perfume-like artificial coconut taste. The hole is too big, so the oil drips out in an uncontrollable way — and then drips back onto the top and bottle afterwards.

False labelling. Ruined my product. I'm hesitant to use the product as i can't tell if it's just a defect or a used/ returned product.

I just wish it was not packaged in plastic but glass but i love it.

Received product in great condition, i normally take it with my coffee cup.

I've never tried any other brand and really got this because of it's purity and high reviews.
