Pros

The pills are large, but can be swallowed. That is doable because the pills are smaller, but it is not as convenient. They taste great and dissolve quickly.

I take with my magnesium citrate tablets400 mg with helps absorption. The garden of life serving size is five pills to get 1300 mg of calcium and 800 iu of vitamin d. Each pill also includes vitamin k and vitamin d.

I believe these are high quality that work well.

So i will put up with the slightly weird taste in order to have a veggie supplement.

The bottle has 150 pills which is only enough to last you 30 days if you're taking the reccomendation 5 a day.
