Pros

The raspberry lemon flavor is a refreshing twist to my daily routine. I keep seeing reviews that it does not dissolve. Formulated whole food magnesium is a fantastic source of magnesium.

It restores optimal magnesium levels, promoting anti-stress calm and regularity. The only downside is the price, but considering the quality and benefits it provides, i believe it is worth every penny.

Overall, i am absolutely blown away by the garden of life dr. Garden of life dr. Has t. Despite these minor drawbacks, i will be sticking with this from now on.

Non-gmo, gluten-free, and sugar-free. Not only is it vegan certified, it aligns with my dietary preferences.

Cons

Garden of life is no longer a trusted source since being purchased by corporate nestle. And it’s safety is questionable. Same seventeen dollar cost.

Product clumps instead of turning into a clean solution looks like bad urine. The flavour is not very strong and can be chalky. Ingest with caution.

This stuff is wonderful to help sleep, and powerful.

Very simple every one put it in a bottle and shake i’ve never had a issue with it mixing in that way 😅

I drink this with cherry juice and it usually clumps together at the top.

And it has really paid off - i love this stuff!
