I keep seeing reviews that it does not dissolve. I also recommend using warmer water, or else it's chalky and chunky. This does clump a little, so i use a little whisk and it comes out fine.

The fizzy drink before bedtime is a delightful way to wind down and the raspberry lemon flavor is a refreshing treat. While the raspberry wasn't bad, this orange tastes like a creamsicle and is yummy.

Overall, i am absolutely blown away by the garden of life dr. Garden of life. The price is a drawback, but i will be sticking with this from now on.

The only downside is the price and limited availability in terms of size options. However, considering the quality and benefits it provides, i believe it is worth every penny.

Cons

This one clumps in warm water. A good portion mixes in, but as i drink it settles and my last gulp is always a very unpleasant mouthful of grainy chalk.

It seems very high quality, however mine doesn’t have a scoop.

I guess you pay for the taste, rather pricey.

Moon juice worked great, but it is so expensive and this was a really good bargain compared to that.

Competitiveness

I have tried other magnesium powders to improve sleep and this one is by far the best.

I bought this to find a cheaper option than the magnesium moon juice powder.
