In all seriousness, garden of life is a great company with great products. It seems good quality resveratrol and honestly we need more time to see how our health is improving.

Cons

This brand of resveratrol contains emodin which causes severe diarrhea! I need to see if i can return it and get the brand that worked. Although at a higher dose, is not effective.
