Pros

My kids are picky about texture and taste. These are the best tasting ones i have gotten for my little one. They are kind of hard to chew though, you gotta be really careful.


Cons

The seal was punctured upon arrival as shown in picture. Both my kids refuse to take this, even my oldest who usually takes any vitamin gummy. It's a bummer because she loves the taste and i love the ingredients.
