Pros
This is a great vegan omega 3 supplement. I wish it had epa and dha.
No fishy taste or burps. I rarely get burps from it, though occasionally do.
These are magical, highly recommend. They’re a little on the pricier side, but worth it. They are easy to take and i like them better than the liquid for ease of use.
Cons
These are horrible! They claim to be orange flavored. They have the worst fishy smell and taste :(. Nestle is a company that is globally known for their extensive list of crimes against humanity and deception on the quality of their products.
