This is a top shelf item when it comes to cost and quality. Only thing not to like about it for me is it's rather pricey. Great blend for 50 plus men.
Both have 425 mcg of coq10 (coenzyme) the only downside is that you have to take 4 capsules a day to get the full benefit. Like the capsule design instead of tablet.
