Pros

This is a top shelf item when it comes to cost and quality. Only thing not to like about it for me is it's rather pricey. Highly rated and respected on quality websites.

This is the only multi-vitamin that i have found that i can take with any beverage, on an empty stomach, and not get nauseous. The only downside is that you have to take 4 capsules a day to get the full benefit.
