Pros

They are powder filled capsules, so they seem alittle bit large; but still ok. To get the dosage listed, you need to take 4 capsules a day, so despite the large bottle it goes faster than you expect.

Cons

The after taste is absolutely disgusting, and lingers for hours. Cause severe abdominal pain and intermittent cramping. They don't dissolve well in liquid. I am unsure if this is one of those products that push the gunk out before it gets better.
