Pros

Organic with folate instead of folic acid. My nutritionist likes these as they're made from real food. Best multivitamin i've ever taken.

Cons

The taste is what you'd expect if you chewed it. The preservative sack was broke open and in the package and all over the vitamins. The vitamins are not the advertised 55+ just women's vitamins!
