Myo & d-chiro supplements, this, and my mushroom tea (reishi eleuthero) work for me. I like that they include some probiotics, but i have to wonder how effective they are. They also are great for bm’s!

The size of the tablet is a tad large, but it is worth swallowing. They are almost twice the size of their women’s multi vitamins.

This is a pricey product, but lasts through 60 daily doses so if you only take it as needed, it should last you a while. I’ve been prescribed adderall for close to 10 years for adhd. I take it between breakfast and lunch and it doesn't affect my sleep... Read More

However, and this is not gol fault, after about 6 months i developed an allergic reaction to ashwagandha.
