Pros

It's oblong and i sometimes have a little problem if it gets turned sideways. The pill is large so if you have trouble swallowing pills, it’s something to keep in mind. A capsule is a bit large, but easy to *.

This product is phenomenal. Similar to st john's wort. Garden of life is a staple in our home!

This stuff is strong, organic and is a two month supply. I love the glass bottle that i can repurpose after finish. This is also much more affordable than the brand i previously bought.

It works and has some probiotic component which is fabulous! Seems to work fine. I’m genuinely surprised and very thankful they’re working for me!

Cons

Maltodextrin has a high glycemic index, which can cause your blood sugar to spike. Dextrose in a pressed capsule like this is ridiculous. Proceed with caution. These pills are a pressed pill.
