Pros
The only downside to this product is that it is a bit larger than other brands that i have tried. It’s their strongest, i believe. I hope garden of life never discontinues this item.
Glmko's turmeric contains 100 mg of curcuminoids - the active anti-inflammatory ingredient. This seems to be a good turmeric supplement, although i don't have anything to compare it to since this is my first time taking it.
After a week of these capsules, there was a big change. I definitely enjoy gummies but these are still doable. The size isn't a problem for me, but could be for people who have trouble with large pills.
