Pros

The only downside to this product is that it is a bit larger than other brands that i have tried. It’s their strongest, i believe. I hope garden of life never discontinues this item.

Glmko's turmeric contains 100 mg of curcuminoids - the active anti-inflammatory ingredient. This seems to be a good turmeric supplement, although i don't have anything to compare it to since this is my first time taking it.

After a week of these capsules, there was a big change. I definitely enjoy gummies but these are still doable. The size isn't a problem for me, but could be for people who have trouble with large pills.

I have used this product for several months and if i run out for a week or more the pain returns.

My joints literally back to normal after a week of religiously taking a pill daily.

I had a calcium bottle from garden of life which was also sent broken by amazon before.

Packaging/appearance

The only aspect that i think could be improved is the packaging, as it could be more user-friendly.

Competitiveness

I added this garden of life product to that and have realized that my knees are so much better than any other similar product addition.

The only downside is that it's sometimes hard to find in stores, but that just speaks to its popularity and demand.

However i found the quite a bit cheaper at a site called wellevate.
