Gelcaps are gelcaps that i suppose you can pop with your teeth, but taste absolutely horrendous. They are hard to chew and taste *. Secondly, they taste horribly when chewed on.

All you taste is lightly fruited oil, almost flax/linseed in pungent flavor.
