Pros
The ashwagandha 150mg & green coffee been extract 225mg helps a lot with the appetite control in the way no other bar does. Great with coffee and not too calorie expensive if you substitute for one meal.
The smores is my absolute fav. Ingredient. The ingredients are great and wholesome.
Cons
They’re too “artificially tasting” sweet, and they make my stomach nauseous. It is very inconsistent in texture sometimes harder sometimes softer.
The taste is horrible and the shipping choice is beyond terrible. It mostly tastes like a burning sensation in my mouth, which could be the artificial flavoring running amok or even the sugar alcohol being too high. Buy at your own risk. Beware future... Read More

The box the bars came in was destroyed but that’s okay because none of the actual bars were ruined since they’re individually packaged
