Pros

Best probiotic on the market, and no need to keep refrigerated. Doesn't require refrigeration, but has ample cultures in it. Capsules are solid and aren’t capsules that start melting everywhere if my hands are damp.

This probiotic is seriously one of the best supplements i have ever taken. Probiotics are the source of healing for gut issues.

Cons

This product comes in standard tablet/pill form; it is not in capsules allowing for sprinkling onto food. One tablet isn't enough and two tablets causes excessive morning gas and diarrhea. This product has the toxic chemical magnesium stearate.

The container prominently proclaims the product to be gluten free. The taste is that of rancid hemp powder (gritty, earthy, dry) the product is cultured in dairy making this product unsuitable for vegans.
