They do not help as much as an adult one, but thank is ok, because they are made for children.

Noticed a reduction in bloating after day one.

I do however wish they went back to the pre covid cost!

A little pricey but quality goes a long way.

The only thing i wish is that it came in a bigger package size because we go through these chewables so quickly!
