This one is best for my system and digests easily. It helps reduce muscle soreness which is a huge advantage, too! It is ton of protein and carbs, but when you swim 16+ hours a week and also have gym training, the kid needs it!

Taste is far superior to the hydrolyzed chicken and beef bones with overload supersweeg sweetorganic stevia. This has no chemically aftertaste or * artificial smells/flavors. I love that it’s organic and doesn’t have artificial or stevia sweetener.

Garden of life organic grass fed whey powder is the best tasting organic protein powder i have tried. This is amazing with all kinds of fruits and veggies. Adds some organic orange juice, organic spinach and organic yogurt.

First sample w/o fluid, has delightfully fresh flavor and texture with light vanilla. When you open the plastic canister, the smell is very pleasant.

The taste is beyond sufferable and non returnable. It has a weird taste by itself and water. The clumping is terrible.

Mixing instructions are absurd. There is no way this stuff will dissolve in only 6oz. Way to many carbs in a serving and can't mix it by shaking. Forget about trying to mix this just using a spoon.
