However amazon packed it with some heavy gardening supplies which inside the too big container rattled around and broke open on of the plastic containers of raw protein meal

On the mixing front it mixes well in water but horrible in oat milk

It is yummy but it doesn’t mix very well expect little clumps and is just too sweet

I would’ve given it five stars except when you get towards the bottom of the shake it’s very gritty and it can cause choking
