Bottle comes in bag with ice pack and wrapped in insulation, glass jar, solid product. At over $35 a bottle it's also expensive - but if i only take it when i eat dairy then the price is reasonable. Very well shipped.
Cons
This product is supposed to be kept refrigerated. Due to seller incompetence the bacteria--sold at such a steep price--did not survive shipment. The placebo effect is happening for a lot of the people taking this product.
