Pros

It dissolves very well in tepid water, but will probably need a mixer or something to mix it in cold water. Tastes great and mixes well with no blender needed. It tends to clump up, so a blender is the recommended method.

Garden of life makes great whey protein. Super good. Good taste and good product. I enjoy it but it might not be for everyone.

Comes with a scoop. Great taste and no clumps in a shaker. I need to remember to make a shake, refrigerate and then add this when i’m ready to consume it.

Vanilla flavor is spot on, but there's a tingle some might not like. The whey tastes better than my vegan protein powders. The vanilla flavor is nice, and it mixes well.

Garden of life protein powder is low-calorie and sweetened with stevia. It's also low in calories.

Cons

Texture is quite grainy, and the flavor has that really weird poopy/earthy flavor.
