Pros

The taste is fine and there is no clumping. It has a very pleasant oder that i enjoy. It smells like brown sugar cinnamon heaven.

Drink it quickly before the flax seed thickens it too much. Mix it with applesauce, mix in some water, and eat it quickly.

Cons

There are 80 calories in each scoop of super seed which is not great if you're used to the 20 calories from benefiber. It's very odd that every single person had nothing but rave reviews about this product with a very small number who disagreed.

It reaches almost a gelatinous state, which makes me gag. Most of it ends up at the bottom of my cup.

It works better than konsyl but do not take as much as the measuring cup suggests.
