Best thing to liked about these multivitamins is they are easy to swallow.
I usually purchase 3-6 month supply so i never run out and reorder when i am down to about 1 months supply left.

Far better than the amazon brand which is a hard pill that i actually have to cut into quarters to be able to get it down.
Which is better than most men vitamins i’ve tried in the past.
I have taken a few other brands of men’s multivitamins, many having an excess of what your daily value is.
