This isn't a one pill a day vitamin, so when you weight that out with the price it's a little absurd.

High bioavailability index, mostly organic and the price is right .

Can take them on an empty stomach,whole foods and pretty good price.

As others have said, this not only seems a ridiculous way to take a multivitamin, but quadruples the cost.

We have to steer clear of synthetic folic acid - in vitamins and in processed foods - because of our family's mthfr gene mutation.

I spoke to the company in regards to the brewers yeast listed on the label and confirmed it is not barley derived great news for anyone struggling with celiacs
