Love this vitamin, gives me energy without the jittering feeling. Seems to give me some pep. If you have any questions, please lemme know.

Cons

My compliance is terrible with a dosing of 4 capsules! The taste is terrible. Stopped after day three of trying these because of headaches and nausea. No difference in energy or weight, or anything, just awful headaches.

These multi-vitamins are very costly and honestly didn't do anything to help me loss weight. Expires in 3 months, need a refund.

They are expensive, but they are the best vitamins i've ever used.

Best vitamins out there and amazon has the best prices.

However, the price is too high for a supplement you have to take 4 per day.

Ah if they were a little bit cheaper.
