No constipation - vs calcium citrate/carbonate. Many magnesium supplements use magnesium oxide as the main ingredient. This product help replace some important minerals.

This is an excellent calcium suppliment. I use this in conjunction with a particular brand of glucosamine, chondroitin and msm. My normally creaky bones are quiet as well.

This is my favorite calcium supplement because it comes with the probiotic and enzyme blend which helps my gut health.

Cons

It says it's from algae. My entire digestive system becomes very irritated.
