I use it on a daily basis to supplement my vitamin d especially in the winter months when i'm hardly showing any skin in the sun. All wonderful. No complain though.
Helps me fall asleep but a little trouble waking early and getting back to sleep.

I think that most vitamins are a scam so if i have to use a vitamin i make sure i buy one that is actually made from food not little rocks
