Pros

Pill 3 times a day. Make sure to add a daily supplement. Hope this review helps and reassures anyone who might be on the fence.

These are really excellent prenatal vitamins. Work great while pregnant and breastfeeding. There was nothing else in the shipping box to help with shock absorption.

Easy to * but have yet to try it with putting the contents into juice or water. Has a herbal taste and smell to it so not bad, does not bother me. Flavors are a little strong just a very earthy taste.

Cons

Guessing these are possibly great, just not the delivery. Cannot return due to all the glass. This is not the real product amazon needs to take this off the website.
