The pill is pretty big, but not too hard to *. I take 2 each day and it helps majorly. The flavor is a little strong just a very earthy taste.

Cons

Transparency means honesty, this company is neither. Dosages are not the same or constant! They smell just like our dog’s dry food- fish flavor.

Horrible stomach cramping, nausea, diarrhea. Heavy metals are toxic for you and your baby.

I really appreciate that it’s made with only natural raw ngredients.

I used to take one a day and after my pregnancy blood tests came back with low iron results, i switched to this brand.

These vitamins made my nails stronger and grow faster that’s for sure - my nails used to break all the time and were very brittle and thin.

Competitiveness

I’m on my 3rd pregnancy and this time they are hard to find so i’ve tried a few other brands but they are finally back in stock (for now).
