The dr. Purchased these d3 2000 iu vitamins on recommendation from his doctor. My energy level is improving, i’m sleeping better and the pain level has gone down appreciably. These are the exact vitamin d i have been needing for years, literally.

Vitamin d3 says it is vegetarian, but it contains sheep fat. The company expects you to know that because it says that it is. Vegetarian not vegan. Contains lactase in enzyme ingredients so it contains dairy animal derivatives.
