Pros

Five per day is a lot but man is it worth it! It decrease blood sugar. They add nutrition to my diet, gives me a noticeable boost in energy, and leaves my gut feeling great. They have plenty of nutrients packed in as well as probiotics.

The caplets are big. The capsules are a good size and i have no difficulty swallowing them. Easy to * and easy to take on the go.

The ingredients are impressive & beneficial. Great product.

I take them with a vegan protein shake (they're frequently on sale) that also includes a flax/chia seed packet.
