Pros

The loom is tight - the backing is heavy and the non-slip surface means a rubber mat doesn't have to be placed underneath. But the look is of quality and a simple pad underneath made all the difference. No lumps or wrinkles at all.

Cons

This rug attracts dust and lint continuously. The return is difficult. The labor involved to try and remove it to return is more of a hassle than anything. This rug came folded instead of rolled.

The feel is strange, not exactly soft. It is cheaply made. If you have kids and animals this rug is a nightmare.

This rug looks nice in the photos but it's deceiving as far as the quality and feel for the price. The texture is cheap and has a rubber backing that's so flimsy you can see the pattern from the other side right through it.

Arrived folded in a box, no wrinkles so it was great.

Carpet arrived folded in a box once removed had a bunch of wrinkles other than wrinkles it's a beautiful rug for the price
