Pros

Use this runner for my main hallway. I use it for my entryway but because it black i have to vacuum daily, sometimes twice a day.

The design is elegant and the color is a deep gray that just goes with everything. It's stable and the wrinkles from packaging only lasts a day or two.

Cons

Texture is like walking on fiberglass threads. It's harsh and scratchy. It is wrinkled.

The seller ships this rug folded instead of rolled up, and the fold creases never flatten out. Even with rug backing and heavy items to try to flatten them. Looks like its coming apart just opened it and some white crumbs fell out had to vaccum.

$100 bucks for 9x12 and it is hugeee no complaints

At a great price point n was well worth it.

The most cost effective option i have found yet!

Delivery was confusing 2 days early .

Two of the four had runs in them i contacted customer service and they handled my problem immediately.

Packaging/appearance

It's stable and the wrinkles from packaging only lasts a day or two.

The only other complaint is that it came folded not rolled so there are creases in the rug that take a while to go away.
